In this experiment, the goal was to explore the use of Value Engineering technique to improve the quality of (design)review processes in companies that seek to be smarter in their industrial activities. Value Engineering is an internationally well-known and certified methodology to explore design alternatives for a product to optimize the price/performance ratio. It must be practiced in a multi-disciplinary setting and uses a six steps approach.
