In this experiment, a proof-of-concept was developed and tested that can enhance a video-conference with a whiteboard function. The main reason for looking into this is the need to use both features, video-calling and shared whiteboard, as an integral part of one application, and not packaged as stand-alone tools, such as offered for example by Microsoft or PTC. The business focus was online support.
